| GOLF FORMAT Golf Format is
an 18-hole Scramble. The day begins with a noon shotgun start.
Back by popular demand, numerous on-course contests, prizes
and fun foods on the course!
THE EVENING festivities, post-golf cocktail
and dinner reception features a short question and answer with
Coach Scott Skiles, and General Manager John Hammond.
As always, we'll have incredible sports memorabilia, trips and
other unique items in our raffle and silent auction, followed
by our golf prize presentation.

help children and young adults with cystic fibrosis.

Event Participant Sponsorship
Opportunities:
Presenting Sponsor $6,000
Presenting Sponsor identification on printed materials,
one full-page acknowledgement in event program, opportunity
to display product at event and include samples/coupons in golfer
gifts, listing on event banners and signage, industry sponsor
exclusivity and 1 (one) hole
sponsorship with signage. Includes 2 (two) foursomes in golf
tournament, sponsor thank you gifts and gifts for each golfer

Birdie Sponsor $3,000
