ABOUT THE POSITION

SALES ENGINEER Milwaukee, WI office

SALES ENGINEER Appleton, WI office

Description:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for selling Siemens and other PCC suppliers Automation products and services to assigned customers as well as new potential clients. They will become knowledgeable of those products/services and apply their knowledge in solution selling, applications development, customer service, pricing, marketing and sales objectives.

Duties:
• Call on Industrial Manufacturing and OEM accounts throughout a Wisconsin territory.
• Provide sales growth at existing accounts and development of additional new accounts.
• Apply your technical and sales knowledge in identifying application opportunities, solve problems, and provide value add with our products & services.
• Coordination with Engineering and Inside Sales to provide successful response and support to our customers.
• Meet/Exceed territory sales quota established via a mutual business plan.
• Build relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization.
• Interaction with Marketing in data base management (CRM) reporting and event activities to drive specific sales programs.
• Attend the appropriate training programs and various trade shows as directed.
• Exhibits professional behavior including leadership, communications skills, sense of urgency, teamwork, ability to get along with others, creativity, and personal integrity in their position.

Qualifications:
Two or Four year degree in Engineering or other related technical field.
Minimum 3 – 5 years technical sales experience-industrial preferred.
Previous proven success in meeting and exceeding annual sales goals.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
